With an inscrutable focus on exploring the depth of electronic composition, the Welsh producer and songwriter Beatroots has an obvious and honed-in skill set that shines through a multitude of moods and styles. Bridging all gaps between intense and pensive compositions, Reset Remedy is an expansive, meticulous expression of minimalism and instrumental interplay; few moments in any track involve a plethora of tones, utilizing the call and response between select textures and timbres. Where one synthesizer ends, another begins with choice overlap, giving an otherwise minimalist approach a very maximalist impact. Sometimes more often than others but I always seem to come back for that inner geometric reset of the hologram 👽I feel like I’m listening to the best representation of light = electricity = what we are 🙌 been following David’s story for 20+ since London days.
